We reduce residential waste in South Lake Tahoe by making it easier for households to divert food scraps from the landfill.

It's easy to get started

How it works

1. Pick your subscription level and get your kit.
2. Stop tossing your food scraps into the trash and start placing them in your countertop bin.
3. Empty your countertop bin into your 5-gallon bin and when it's full, we'll pick-up your food waste and bring it to South Tahoe Refuse to then get processed into compost by Full Circle Compost’s facility
